Frequently asked questions

We’re here to answer your questions, every step of the way.

Who is responsible for property damages?

Before we sign any lease agreements we do an in-depth land analysis to ensure your lands integrity. Throughout the contract term we keep liability insurance. In addition, we post a decommissioning bond with the local AHJ to ensure that once the project lifecycle is complete there are funds available for decommissioning the system and restoring the site to prior use.

What is the frequency of the lease payments and typical lease terms?

Unless otherwise stated lease payments are made annually. Our contract terms are 20 years with four 5-year extension options.

What is your decommissioning process?

At the end of the project life, we remove the system, remove all materials, recycle the solar panels, and restore the project site back to its original condition. Prior to construction we post a decommissioning bond with the local AHJ to ensure that once the project lifecycle is complete there are funds available for decommissioning the system and restoring the site to prior use.
